You begin inside a story ~ but this is not an escape.
Throughout the novel, gentle journaling prompts are woven into the experience ~
quiet invitations to pause, notice, and reflect as you move through the narrative.
Nothing is required of you. You are simply invited to:
- notice what resonates
- recognise what stirs within you
- observe what feels unexpectedly familiar
- explore your responses in your own time
This is where awareness begins softly.
Not through instruction.
But through recognition.
Through the story, you begin to see yourself again.
At the end of this step, you pause.~ and you choose whether to continue into reflection.
Here, we bring awareness into focus.
This is a one-to-one online session with Jax.
Together, we gently explore:
- what surfaced for you in the story
- what felt meaningful, uncomfortable, or surprising
- what patterns may already be beginning to shift
- what your inner world is asking for next
This is not analysis.
And it is not fixing.
It is making space for clarity to emerge.
You do not have to arrive with answers.
We simply listen to what is beginning to form.
At the end of this step, you pause.
And you choose whether to continue into rebuilding.
Become the You You Were Meant to Be
Here, insight becomes structure.
This is a self-paced guided journey designed to support you in rebuilding your relationship with yourself.
The Rebuild step has six modules (known as 'Chapters') that combine guided meditations with practical exercises.
Recommended pace: 21 days to 6 months
You are supported to explore:
- clearing your path, finding your spark
- your intuitive understanding and inner strength
- what patterns may already be beginning to shift
- what your inner world is asking for next
Here, you are no longer walking alone.
You are invited into twice-monthly guided circles.
This space is for:
- reflection and integration
- continued emotional support
- shared experience with others on similar journeys
- staying anchored in what you have begun to change
This is not about learning more.
It is about holding what you have already learned ~ together.

At the end of this stage, you pause.
And you choose whether to continue into Rise.
This is the stage of embodiment.
Here, the journey shifts.
You are no longer primarily focused on your own healing.
Instead, you are invited ~ when ready ~ into the possibility of supporting others.
This stage is invitation-based and follows completion of the full journey, including sustained participation in the Belong circles.
In this stage, you begin to:
- embody what you have integrated
- support other women walking similar paths
- share your experience from a place of lived understanding
- contribute to the wider unfolding of the Awakened Realm community
This is not an obligation.
It is a natural extension of becoming whole.
